We start by changing the approach to research and evolve our processes to become truly translational, i.e. designing a research process that compliments downstream challenges as much as the immediate needs of your project.
Our Staff
For the first 5 years of our existence, Integra did not solicit nor accept resumes, relying instead on recruiting industry-known professionals that complimented Integra's evolution as a CRO that could change the industry. Our organization now exceeds 50 professionals - though our employment needs now necessitate more traditional means of growth, we are still committed to hiring the best personnel available.
