The Big Idea
Integra was formed on the philosophy that clinical and preclinical research processes could be improved through greater integration between the experts conducting this research. This integration goes beyond simply increasing communication or utilizing a single data management system... We start by changing the approach to research and evolve our processes to become truly translational, i.e. designing a research process that compliments downstream challenges as much as the immediate needs of your project.
Our Staff
For the first 5 years of our existence, Integra did not solicit nor accept resumes, relying instead on recruiting industry-known professionals that complimented Integra's evolution as a CRO that could change the industry. Although our organization nears 50 professionals and our employment needs now necessitate more traditional means of growth, we are still committed to hiring the best personnel available.
